Anti-Narendra Modi activists launch website to expose his 'lies'!!!

This made for an interesting reading early in the morning today!!! I wonder!!!

1.  Is it legally tenable to open a website targetting one individual?

2. what about age old provisions in court of defamation etc?

3. what if all political parties start opening web sites targetting individuals? It would be a free for all then!!!

4. Lastly, targetting individuals rather than the policies may be in bad taste and this move may actually polarise more people towards Modi.
